Frequently asked questions at our studio
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require 24 hours notice for cancellation, or 18 hours for membership holders. You will be charged for the full class if notice isn’t provided within these timeframes.
Q: How do I pay for my classes?
A: Single classes can be paid for online when booking. If you’re interested in a class pass or a membership, please email us at info@allbodies.ca and we can assist you in that process.
Q: I’m a beginner, which class should I attend?
A: Our All Bodies Reformer Class is the perfect all-levels class!
Q: Can I arrive early for my class?
A: We recommend arriving no more than 5-10 minutes as we have back to back classes and our studio space is cozy. While you wait, enjoy browsing our cozy and curated reception area highlighting local and Canadian goodies including herbal remedies, tinctures, salves, lip balms and beyond. Purchase a treat for after class such as a protein cookie, adaptogenic hot cocoa or one of our specialized tea formulas prepared in house.
Q: Is Pilates pregnancy safe?
A: Pilates, especially Reformer Pilates, is safe for all stages of pregnancy - before, during, and after. With the modifications, we are confident you can have a safe and enjoyable class at every stage.
